  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. International orders may be subject to currency conversion by your bank.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners, customs, or force majeure are not our liability.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy (linked separately).
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stipulated window.
  • We are not liable for items damaged during return transit if not packed properly by the customer.
