Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vaibhav Fashion Jewellery. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the package.

  • The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the product.

  • This video is mandatory proof in case of:

    • Damaged items

    • Missing items

    • Wrong product received

⚠️ Without valid video proof, any request for return, replacement, or refund will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

We offer replacement only in case:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • The damaged product must be shipped back to the address provided by us.

Once we receive and verify the product:

  • A replacement will be issued.

  • A refund will only be processed if the product is out of stock or unavailable.

3. Order Cancellation & Exchange

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders cannot be exchanged for a different product after confirmation.

If any item in your order is unavailable:

  • It may be replaced with another item of equal value, OR

  • You may choose a higher value product by paying the difference, OR

  • A refund will be issued only for that specific unavailable item.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 1–2 working days after approval.

  • The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

5. Delivery & Courier Policy

  • Customers (or an authorized person) must be available at the delivery address between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST).

  • The courier service will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts:

  • The customer may need to pay re-shipping charges (depending on the situation).

  • No refund will be issued for returned shipments due to non-availability.
